your role as a account & project manager
You manage your own client portfolio and run the full project delivery at the same time. The two are inseparable here. You step in at the briefing, guard every phase and deliver. For one off projects and for clients we work with all year round. You work closely with our team, our head of design and our PR manager. You keep the thread running through it all.

Account management
- Daily point of contact for clients
- Build lasting relationships rooted in trust and initiative
- Anticipate needs before they are spoken
- Prepare, lead and follow up meetings with clear action points
Project management from A to Z
- Guide projects from briefing to final reporting
- Manage both one off projects and annual plans
- Draw up and safeguard schedules and reverse planning
- Write and follow up internal and external briefings
- Run several clients and projects at once without losing the overview
Budget management
- Draft quotes and track budgets per project
- Safeguard margins and supplier costs
- Financial follow up from start to finish
Collaboration and coordination
- Work daily with the head of design and the PR manager
- Brief, follow up and nurture relationships with freelancers, partners and suppliers
- Keep internal and external communication clear and structured
who are you?
- 3 to 4 years of experience in agency, PR, events or hospitality
- You combine client management with full project control without losing pace
- Proactive. You anticipate, you do not wait. Hands on. You think and you do.
- Quality is not a checklist for you. It is a mindset.
- Strong in planning, flexible enough to switch gears
- A warm communicator with sharp follow up
- Fluent in Dutch and English. French is a serious plus.
- Flexible, with no classic nine to five mentality
- Happy to travel for projects, events or press trips
- An interest in wine, food and hospitality
- Full category B driving licence
